Welcome to Moka Media! By accessing and using this website (mokamedia.ca) or engaging in our design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer professional graphic design, branding, web design, and marketing services. The scope of each service is outlined in specific project agreements.

2. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Revisions

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of design work transfers to the client only after full payment is received. We retain the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and timely feedback. Delays in communication may affect timelines.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If canceled before work begins, deposits are refundable. If canceled after project initiation, deposits are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to unforeseen reasons, a prorated refund will be issued.

7. Liability

Moka Media is not liable for any loss or damage from the use of our services or website, including service interruptions or third-party issues.

8. Privacy

Personal or business information shared with Moka Media will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website and our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
